What's included

Three concrete deliverables before your surgery.

For anyone facing surgery who lives with diabetes, hypertension, heart, kidney or lung disease — or who simply wants the certainty of being fit for the operating room.

01

Risk stratification

Cardiovascular, pulmonary and metabolic evaluation using internationally validated scales. You and your surgeon will know exactly what risk the surgery carries and how to reduce it.

02

Pre-operative optimization

Medication adjustments, glucose and blood-pressure control, and precise instructions on what to stop and what to continue before surgery.

03

Medical report

A formal document with your complete evaluation, ready to hand to your surgeon and anesthesiologist. The requirement most hospitals ask for before scheduling.

How it works
STEP 1

Book ahead of time

Ideally one to two weeks before your surgery date. Bring recent test results, your full medication list and your surgeon's indication.

STEP 2

Full assessment

Clinical history, physical examination and analysis of your studies. If anything needs further control, a plan is defined to optimize it before surgery.

STEP 3

Receive your report

You receive the medical report with your risk stratification and perioperative recommendations for your surgical team.

Frequently asked questions

When should I have the assessment?

Ideally one to two weeks before surgery. That window allows any condition that needs control to be corrected in time, without delaying your surgery date.

What should I bring?

The essential minimum studies: complete blood count, blood chemistry panel, glycated hemoglobin (HbA1c), coagulation times, blood type (group and Rh), chest X-ray and electrocardiogram. Also bring the complete list of medications you take and your surgeon's indication. If any are missing, you'll be told exactly which ones.

Can I do it if my surgery is in another city?

Yes. The assessment can be done at any of the three locations or by video call from anywhere in Mexico, and the report is delivered in digital format (PDF), valid at your hospital. Mention your surgery date and type when booking.
